iNutrix LLC fulfills B2B wholesale orders by individual agreement. There is no direct online checkout — all orders are confirmed manually to ensure legal compliance and product availability. Incoterms, lead times, and delivery terms are defined and confirmed per issued proforma invoice. All shipments are prepared in accordance with export and import standards applicable to ornamental plants, botanicals, and tropical spices.
Typical processing time is 3–7 business days after receipt of payment and stock confirmation. Lead times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal conditions, and export documentation requirements. Custom or large-volume orders may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated in advance.
Shipments are handled through major international and U.S. carriers offering reliable tracking and customs documentation support. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on carrier schedules, customs clearance, and destination-specific requirements.
All shipments are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. If you receive goods that are damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Include clear photos, the packing list, and invoice number to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation due to carrier or customs limits.
Because our products include live plants, every shipment is coordinated on a case-by-case basis to ensure both compliance and viability. Packaging, handling, and routing are optimized for minimal transit stress and adherence to import regulations. We cannot guarantee plant condition if recipients delay pickup or fail to follow handling instructions upon delivery.
When applicable, phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and other compliance documents are prepared per contract. iNutrix cooperates with relevant authorities to ensure shipments meet all legal and environmental requirements. Additional export paperwork can be provided upon request prior to dispatch.
