Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
Incorrect or mismatched items received
Damage in transit documented upon delivery
Verified quality issues confirmed by our team
Opened, used, or consumable goods are not eligible for return unless the defect is proven to have occurred prior to delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all issues must be reported with photo or video evidence within the specified timeframe.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To request a return, please contact our support team within 7 business days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns without an RMA may not be accepted or refunded.
All returned goods must be shipped back in their original packaging, unless otherwise approved.
Refund Method
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after inspection and confirmation.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the returned item has been received.
In cases of buyer’s remorse, restocking or handling fees may apply if the return is approved as an exception.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable unless defective:
Custom or special-order products
Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage
Goods held by customs or regulatory authorities for reasons beyond our control
Chargebacks
We encourage all partners to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and the termination of ongoing business relationships.
